जो भी डॉक्यूमेंट आपके पास उपलध है और आप उसे अपलोड करना चाह रहे है तो सबसे पहले ये देखे कि आप सम्बंधित डॉक्यूमेंट आइडेंटिटी के लिए अपलोड कर रहे है तो उसमे आपका नाम जो आधार कार्ड में है वही होना चाहिए और जो डॉक्यूमेंट आप पता के सबूत के तौर पर अपलोड कर रहे है तो उसमे पता भी आधार कार्ड वाला ही होना चाहिए. यदि आधार और सम्बंधित डॉक्यूमेंट में डाटा भिन्न पाया जाता है तो verification फ़ैल हो सकता है.

- इसके लिए सबसे पहले आधिकारिक वेबसाइट https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ पर जाए
- उसके बाद Login पर क्लिक करके आधार नंबर और कैप्चा भरें
- अब OTP डालकर लॉग इन करें
- अब आपके सामने डैशबोर्ड खुल जाएगा
- इसमें आप Document update वाले ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करें
- अब जो भी टर्म्स दी है और उसके बारे में उसे अच्छे से पढ़ें
- Terms को tick करे और आगे बढें
- अब आपको अपनी आइडेंटिटी के लिए दस्तावेज़ की सूची में से कोई एक सेलेक्ट करके उसे अपलोड करना है
- इसी तरह आपको Address हेतु कोई एक दस्तावेज़ को सेलेक्ट करके अपलोड करना है
- उसके बाद Submit पर क्लिक करें
- अब आपके सामने service charge 0 दिखेगा क्योंकि आवेदन आपने 14 जून से पहले किया है
- इसके बाद Download Acknowledgement पर क्लिक करके SRN सुरक्षित कर लें
